Heres How To Lose Weight
I used to hate running - now I can’t get enough of it.
life-with-aubrey:

I had posted awhile back that I really wanted to make pumpkin blossoms, which are spiced cookies with a pumpkin Hershey’s Kiss on top.  Unfortunately, and kind of strangely, pumpkin kisses are a Halloween candy, not a general autumn candy, so they disappear at the end of October.  All was not lost though.  I found this recipe while flipping through my Rachael Ray magazine this month.  Let’s just say that these cookies taste so decadent that they make up for my pumpkin disappointment.
Cream Cheese Cookiesabout 60 1-1/2 inch cookies
1 stick butter, softened4 ounces (1/2 block) fat free cream cheese, softened6 tablespoons sugar1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 egg yolk1/8 teaspoon salt1 cup + 2 tablespoons flour
Cream the butter, sugar, and cream cheese until light and fluffy.  Add the vanilla, egg yolk, and salt, and mix until just blended. Stir in the flour until just incorporated.
Wrap the dough in parchment paper and refrigerate for one hour.  After an hour, preheat your oven to 375°.  Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick between two sheets of parchment.  Cut out your desired shapes, then bake for 15 minutes, topping with colored sugar first if desired.
